You will learn:

1. Breathing Meditation

2. Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) Meditation

3. Esoteric Meditation, mudras mantras and visualisation.


There will always be some relevant discussion, which tends to be enlightening and humorous.

Once you have completed this course you may join any of the weekly meditation classes,
they are donation based. We recommend a minimum of £5.00.
