Meditation Class

In our classes we practice silent breathing meditation, Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness Meditation) and Esoteric Meditation.

Please book on our four week course first to see if what we offer is for you.

Once you have taken the 4 week course, then you may come into any meditation class. Currently Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

These meditation classes are Donation based, we recommend a minimum donation of £5.00.
